PAIGE FORTIER-BOYLE

Co-Artistic Director

Paige holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Mount Holyoke College, and is a licensed K-12 Dance Teacher in MA and CT. Paige has previously worked as a special education teacher and team chair in grades 2-12 in MA. She has also taught in the dance departments at Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter Public School, Amherst Regional Middle and High Schools, and Springfield Conservatory of the Arts. Paige has taught performing arts camps and choreographed community and children’s musical productions, including Mary Poppins and Beauty and The Beast Jr. In 2019 and 2021, she choreographed a professional equity production of The Marvelous Wonderettes and The Marvelous Wonderettes: Dream On at The Majestic Theater in West Springfield, MA. 

Paige has been dancing since she was 2 years old and grew up training competitively at All-Stars Dance Center in Westfield, MA under the instruction of Kim Starsiak and Kelly Kennedy. She shifted from student to teacher there before joining The Dance Studio family in the fall of 2016. While at Mount Holyoke, she choreographed four dance pieces, and had the opportunity to appear in other student, faculty, and guest artist works, such as those by Rose & Charles Flachs, Terese Freedman & Jim Coleman, Candice Salyers, and Kinsun Chan. Paige also participated in a workshop and auditioned for a piece by Pilobolus Dance Theater. She has studied tap at Steps on Broadway in New York City with Andrew Black and Jeff Shade, as well as with Savion Glover at the Frank Hatchett Reunion in 2010. Paige facilitated and participated in a workshop for the Dance Education Laboratory (DEL) based out of the 92nd Street Y in NYC with Ann Biddle, and performed twice at the American College Dance Association Festival. 

When she is not dancing or teaching, Paige can be found eating ice cream, spending time with family and friends, using essential oils, cuddling with her dog, and planning her next trip to Walt Disney World! Paige is very honored to share her love of teaching, dance, theater, and choreography, and begin her 8th year with The Dance Studio Family!

Paige is grateful for the support of her husband and family in this endeavor and is excited to that she has just celebrated her marriage this August!
