Until recently, dance education has been present and thriving in Windsor Locks for years. Paige Fortier (Windsor Locks native) and Angie Vital-Martowski desire to bring dancing back to Windsor Locks, stronger than ever! While we are a new studio to the area, we are so excited to be able to bring new and exciting opportunities to dance to this community, and find a forever home in Windsor Locks.
After a successful first year, as of September 2022 we have moved to our location at Spring Street Studios, 483 Spring Street, Windsor Locks, CT!
A little about The Dance Studio...
Angie opened the doors to The Dance Studio of Wilbraham, MA in the fall of 2000 and has had great success as the studio enters its 22nd season. Paige began working at The Dance Studio of Wilbraham in the fall of 2016, where she became the competition team director and quickly grew to love her dance family. Angie and Paige decided to team up to expand The Dance Studio's dance family into Windsor Locks. With over 40 years of dance training and teaching between the two of them, they are hopeful that the dancers in Windsor Locks will be excited to join this ever growing and evolving dance family.
At The Dance Studio, our highly qualified faculty comes with not only a variety of certifications, but bachelors and masters degrees in dance and teaching. Our knowledge about a child's development physically, mentally, and emotionally, ensures that we are equipped to provide a safe and supporting learning space where dancers can excel, grow, and create while preventing injuries and strengthening their bodies, minds, and personalities. Our dancers leave as well rounded members of the community.
We aim to stimulate the mind, challenge the body and help you to discover your inner dancer. Our classes are engaging, effective, and designed for both those who seek a career in dance or are looking for the perfect form of exercise. Come dance with us to explore a new world of motion and emotion and get to know yourself in a whole new way.
We'll see you in the studio!
