*Current dance students receive a $25 discount.

Liability Statement and Terms & Conditions
By booking/attending a birthday party at The Dance Studio, you agree to the following:
The student/guest/legal guardian agrees that Paige Fortier Boyle and Angela Vital-Martowski, D/B/A The Dance Studio of Windsor Locks, 483 Spring Street Studios, its agents, employees, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the customer/guest while dancing on the premises or for The Dance Studio of Windsor Locks at any time.
The student and/or legal guardian agrees to be video recorded and/or photographed during party, classes, rehearsals, and performances for use by The Dance Studio only, including websites and social media pages. No photos/videos will be placed on any social networking site belonging to staff/teachers without consent from the student/student’s guardian.
A nonrefundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking the party. The parent/student agrees to pay any the remainder of the balance to The Dance Studio on the day of the party. A student/parent must notify the studio at least 3 days prior to cancellation. If the studio is NOT notified within 3 days before the party, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If the party is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled party date, the student/parent is responsible for the full remaining balance due.
